Welcome! In this seventh edition of our newsletter, we take you on a journey through
educational choices, student successes and community moments. We will start with an in depth look at how to choose the right preschool, thanks to valuable advice from our Head of BAPS and Head of Learning Support. We will then discover a brilliant example of an essay written by one of our students a real pride for the whole school!
Finally, we enthusiastically invite you to our much-awaited Spring Fair: a chance to get together and celebrate the good weather.
In this issue, we talk with Ms. Trish Burgess, Head of the British American Pre-School (BAPS) and Ms. Cecilia Picinini, Head of Learning Support, about what to look for, and factors to consider, when making this important decision.
Today we held the Year 1 Learning Celebration!
Our amazing young students proudly welcomed their families into the classroom to share all the wonderful things they’ve been learning.
It was a joyful moment filled with excitement, smiles, and a great sense of pride in showcasing their beautiful work.
A big thank you to all the families who joined us and continue to support our children every step of the way!
Welcome to the sixth edition of our newsletter! In this issue, we will take you through some
exciting sporting events that featured our students. The Primary School enthusiastically
participated in the Football MedCup, a fantastic experience filled with sports and fun.
Meanwhile, the Middle School shined in the Globeducate Italy football tournament, securing
victory with dedication and determination.
We will also showcase the creativity of our sixth-grade students, featuring an example of
their most remarkable work.
Today the Primary School celebrated Wellbeing Wednesday with an assembly hosted by our Eco Committee! The overlap of Eco Week and Wellbeing Wednesday gave the students an opportunity to meditate while focussing on small actions we can take to protect and repair our planet.
As a part of the Globeducate family, we hold each other and the whole community accountable to shape a better world. Taking a moment to rest and consider an intentional action is an excellent way for children to calm their bodies and focus their minds.
Thanks to the Eco Committee for hosting the assembly, and for Silvia who led our meditation!
